TMJ Headache

I have had this headache for a month. I just purchased a mouthguard today, any idea as to when I will feel 100% again. My jaw has been clicking for 10 years and all of a sudden. I got these headaches and pressure in my face. PLease just looking for a timeline here of what to expect,
