dizziness

i was diagnosed with tmj/tmd and i wear splint for 2 months now but my dizziness just wouldnt disappear i think it even got worse,should i continue wearing the splint?..i think high dose of vit.b with pain reliever is good for jaw pain,my jaw pain disappeared.
